About our Studio

The LYNN Academy of Irish Dance strives to be the premier Irish dance academy that will provide professional dance instruction and instill an appreciation for the art of dance in a safe, high-quality studio environment. For the past 20 years, we have successfully developed quality and effective dance education programs where each student can reach his or her potential. In 2015, LYNN Academy joined forces with O’Grady Quinlan to further benefit its students’ education. In addition, on June 26, 2020, LYNN Academy helped to form the USA Irish Dance Alliance, the 29th branch of An Chomhdhail.

The mission of LYNN Academy USA IDA, is to focus on the development of Irish dancers by creating a safe, positive, and inclusive environment which will allow dancers to succeed in all aspects of life. The LYNN Academy USA IDA will elevate the integrity of our dance sport by encouraging leadership, transparency, and fairness via channels of open communication. Our vision is to inspire growth, increase participation, and preserve the sport of Irish dance in a healthy and welcoming manner.

Reel Tots:  Dancers ages 3 and 1/2 to 5 years old who have never taken Irish Dance lessons before.
Level A:  Dancers ages 5 years old and above who have never taken Irish Dance lessons before.

The LYNN Academy of Irish Dance Champion Irish Step Dancers are available for shows and performances year round throughout the NY, NJ, CT Tri-State Area. All shows are customized to meet your needs. Please contact us if you would like to book a performance.

We also have dance studio spaces available for teaching, practicing, rehearsing, dancing, or having a party. Please contact us if you would like to rent studio space.
